I’m Tom, and 9aspen is where I bring the Florida Gulf Coast to life through 4K boating and fishing videos, original multi-genre music, and real coastal stories.
Based out of Venice, Florida, I run aboard Cat Tales - a World Cat 280DC-X power catamaran - capturing life on the water from the mangroves and sandbars to solo fishing runs deep offshore. What started over sixteen years ago as a simple way to document life for family and friends has grown into a full creative outlet.
That time on the water also drives original songwriting, producing albums that span Coastal Country, Americana, rock, and blues. It also led to the companion book Gulf Coast Stories: Eight Songs, Eight Chapters, One Coast. Genuine experiences and authentic life on the water.
